Visitors can wander through the mill precinct, explore the granary, stables and miller’s cottage, and learn about the role the mill played in early settlement life.
Today, the site is also home to the award-winning Callington Mill Distillery. Stop by the cellar door to sample Tasmanian single malt whisky and gin, enjoy locally sourced food, and gain insight into the whisky-making process through tastings and immersive experiences — a perfect blend of history and modern craftsmanship.
Heritage Buildings & Topiary Gardens
