It is easy to view the falls from a large viewing platform; the viewing area is directly in front of the falls and level with the top of them.

The reserve has a rotunda that displays interpretive information about the area's geology, flora, fauna, and Indigenous history.

There is a free overnight campground near Wannon Falls with unpowered sites, toilets, picnic tables and barbecues. The Wannon Falls reserve offers plenty of parking, public toilets, picnic tables and barbecue facilities.

Directions to Wannon Falls Carpark

From Hamilton, head out of town on the Glenelg Highway (B160) for 1 kilometre. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Coleraine Road/Glenelg Highway/Henty Highway (A200/B160). Travel along this road for 2.2 kilometres, then continue straight onto Glenelg Highway (B160). Keep driving for 14.7 kilometres, then turn left onto Camerons Road.

You will see the signs for the carpark, and it is a short walk to the viewing platform.
